I can truly affirm that Khaleah is one of the most professional ladies I’ve met in awhile. She was so attentive to what my likes & dislikes were while trying to find the perfect dinner ring. She made my experience during the Kallati showcase very relaxed & memorable. Not only did she help me with the sweetness attitude along with patience, she is keeping my wish list going. Had the best experience with Manny and Skylar! Brought in a watch for a bracelet size adjustment and had such a good time trying on jewelry with Skylar while Manny worked diligently on my watch with the utmost care. It was also affordable and the money when to a local charity! Definitely will be back to this store!

Kendra, the GM, was extremely resourceful in determining needs for my engagement ring. She has trustworthy recommendations and makes sure your ring is properly taken care of before sending you off. I am looking forward to visiting Jared’s Jewelers on University again.

My experience with customer service has always been amazing at this location. I bought a pair of endless huggie earrings today and I struggled getting them on. The ladies were kind enough to help me. I felt so bad for putting them through the hassle, but they were so sweet about it.

We had the best experience picking out wedding bands with Manny. He was patient, didn't make us feel rushed even though it was Valentine's Day and they were busy. Top tier customer service and professionalism- I highly recommend Jared's Jewelry and would ask for Manny again!

Visited the Little Rock location and was served primarily by Nahil and also by Skyler. Wonderful experience with both. The store is clean, well organized and has plenty of beautiful pieces from which to choose. No high pressure sales, only friendly service with a smile. Purchased a new ring (with re-sizing completed in one day) and was given free cleaning and check of current ring. Definitely recommend for any jewelry needs.

This was my partner and I's first time at this location, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. A very nice gentleman(I didn't catch his name) helped us find my ring size, and afterwards, Skylar helped us pick out carat sizes, shapes, and was even kind enough to show me photos of her custom work she had done-with the gem I wanted for my ring. She was very sweet, and helpful, and made our overall experience great!🥰
